Description
The Accounts Payable Manager will lead full-cycle accounts payable operations across multiple states and entities in a high-volume, project-based construction environment. Responsibilities include invoice processing, vendor and subcontractor payments, accruals, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, vendor documentation, 1099 reporting, payment-cycle management, ERP support, process improvements, and internal controls. The role requires 5–7+ years of accounts payable experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or management role, along with ERP, Excel, and accounting knowledge.
