Accounts Receivable Collections Analyst at Flexport

Flexport is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support its AR Operations department. The role manages open receivables, collections workflows, payment schedules, and moderately difficult accounts; serves as a client contact for Accounts Payable and resolves payment issues; collaborates with Credit, Account Management, Sales, Disputes, Legal, and AR management; and supports month-end close and ad-hoc projects. The position reports to the EMEA Accounts Receivable Manager and requires strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills, with German language skills preferred.
