Description
Traffic Tech is hiring an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage overdue accounts, conduct high-volume outbound collections, negotiate payment plans and settlements, reconcile customer records, process payments, and support receivables closing. The role requires two years of accounts receivable or collections experience, fluency in Spanish, strong negotiation and customer-service skills, and familiarity with ERP or collections systems; transportation and logistics knowledge are assets. The position is full-time, in-office, and permanent from Monday to Friday.
