Description
M&D Capital is hiring an Accounts Receivable Senior Associate for its Revenue Cycle Management team. The role follows up with insurance payers on claim status, underpayments, and denials; resolves denied and underpaid claims; reviews EOBs; uses payer portals and EMRs; analyzes and presents AR reports; posts payments and recoupments; reconciles client payments; and sends patient statements. Candidates need healthcare accounts receivable experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience with Epic EMR is preferred. The position offers health, dental, and vision benefits and a pay range of $65,000 to $80,000 USD.
