Accounts Receivable Specialist at Docebo

Docebo is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the Senior Credit Manager in Italy and manage AR processes primarily for the EMEA region. The role covers invoice release through NetSuite Suite Billing, revenue issue resolution, cash application, receivable reconciliation, aging and bad-debt exposure, monthly and quarterly closing support, cash-flow activities, customer receipts, DSO, and auditor coordination. The position is hybrid, with three office days per week, and requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, English at B2/C1 level, accounting knowledge, Microsoft Office or G-Suite proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills.
