Description
The Accounts Receivable Specialist owns KR Wolfe’s customer-to-cash cycle, including customer account setup, complex construction and services billing, collections, cash application, AR reconciliation, audit support, and process improvement. The role requires strong knowledge of construction billing, QuickBooks, customer communication, and troubleshooting unbalanced transactions, with a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of progressive accounts receivable experience, including at least 2 years in a construction, field-service, or project-based environment.
