The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist will manage customer accounts, invoice generation and validation, collections follow-up, account reconciliation, and AR reporting to support cash flow and month-end closing. The role emphasizes accuracy, analytical thinking, strong communication, ERP and Excel proficiency, and collaboration with internal teams and customers. Candidates must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, 4–6 years of AR experience, and Bengali speaking and understanding ability.
