CASES is hiring an ACES Supervisor to lead and support youth workers serving young men ages 16–24 in the Assertive Community Engagement & Success program. The role supervises staff, hires and trains youth workers and a parent advocate, supports behavioral change and trauma-informed care, develops programming, maintains case records, and collaborates across boroughs. It is a full-time Monday–Friday position beginning at 4 West 125th Street, with a planned future relocation to Brooklyn, and pays $80,000. The position requires at least one year of supervisory experience or five years of youth work experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive a 15-passenger van.
