Hive Group is hiring multiple Senior Acquisition & Program Management Analysts to provide agency-wide advisory and programmatic support for major weapon systems and services at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The role directs acquisition risk management, baseline support, planning, strategy preparation for Acquisition Strategy Panels and Boards, executive briefings, action tracking, and coordination with defense industry partners. Candidates must hold an active Secret Clearance, have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and possess at least ten years of DoD program or comparable commercial acquisition experience, including five years in DoD program management or five years in commercial integration analysis. The position is on-site with possible telework based on contract and customer approval, and offers annual compensation of $186,989 to $206,672 plus health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
