Steel Point Solutions is hiring an Acquisition Lead/Program Manager to provide strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of federal acquisition, contract, and program management activities. The role covers the full acquisition lifecycle, including compliance with FAR/DFARS, developing acquisition packages and SOWs, leading complex government programs and cross-functional teams, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, and delivering mission-critical initiatives on time and within budget. The position requires extensive federal acquisition and program management experience, a Public Trust clearance, and a PMP certification, and offers a salary range of $115,000 to $135,000 USD with full-time benefits for eligible positions.
