Bosch is hiring an Acquisition Manager to define and execute acquisition strategies for emerging Italian customers, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage quotations and negotiations, oversee approvals and governance, and support handovers, customer satisfaction, KPI reporting, and business-development events. The role requires a structured, analytical, collaborative, and proactive approach, basic technical knowledge, strong communication and presentation skills, B2/C1 English, and a master’s degree in management, mechanical, electronic, data science engineering, or economics. The gross annual salary is €33,000–€45,000 for a 40-hour work week, with a performance-related bonus and additional benefits.
