Description
The Acquisition Program Manager will develop, establish, implement, and control the contractual, financial, and technical aspects of a project or program through the acquisition cycle, including leading functional specialists, reviewing contractor progress, representing the organization at executive levels, and preparing and defending staff studies. The role requires U.S. citizenship, a required security clearance, and at least one year of specialized acquisition experience at the next lower grade, or an equivalent combination of post-high-school education and experience. The position may require travel, nonstandard hours, shift work, emergency overtime, and drug testing.
