MTSI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to establish and lead a Digital Infrastructure Team supporting the Fighters and Advanced Aircraft Division at Wright‑Patterson AFB. The role will build the team, define processes, and drive delivery of software services, compute environments, data integration, and autonomy‑supporting infrastructure in a classified environment. Responsibilities include requirements development, schedule and risk management, technical baseline oversight, integration and test coordination, configuration management, sustainment planning, cybersecurity and SCIF compliance, and coordination with engineering, acquisition, cybersecurity, and operations teams. Candidates need at least ten years of relevant Department of War experience, three years of SAP or SCI experience in the past eight years, an advanced degree or the specified bachelor’s-degree alternative, and an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
