MTSI is hiring a Technical Program Manager to establish and lead a Software Development Branch within the Fighters and Advanced Aircraft Division at Wright‑Patterson AFB. The role will build development processes, manage software requirements, schedules, risks, workflows, version control, secure coding, testing, integration, and sustainment for mission‑critical software, and coordinate engineering, cybersecurity, test, and acquisition teams. Candidates need at least ten years of relevant Department of War experience, three years of recent SAP or SCI experience, a master’s degree or the specified bachelor’s-degree alternative, an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and U.S. citizenship.
