Description
The NRO is accepting applications for full-time Full Performance Level Acquisition Program Management Officers in occupational series 1101. The role leads complex reconnaissance satellite acquisition programs, manages cost, schedule, and technical performance, oversees requirements and milestone readiness, coordinates with contractors and operational stakeholders, and supports mission operations. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance, and have at least four years of directly applicable experience; a related bachelor’s degree is highly desirable. The position is open to external applicants and current federal employees at the GG-12 or GG-13 grade level, with various NRO locations and 2026 salary ranges of $102,415–$133,142 for GG-12 and $121,785–$$158,322 for GG-13 in the Washington, DC area.
