Description
The Acquisition Utilization Specialist serves as the primary liaison between program offices, contracting activities, and logistics for a U.S. Federal Government client. The role develops procurement procedures and policies, coordinates acquisition strategies, prepares procurement packages and documentation, conducts cost-benefit and gap analyses, develops sole-source justifications, trains stakeholders, presents recommendations to senior leadership, and supports facility-wide procurement actions. The position requires 3–5+ years of federal acquisitions or healthcare procurement experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Public Trust or equivalent background investigation. Compensation is $72,000–$90,000 depending on location.
