Bungalow is hiring an Acquisitions Associate to own the top of its M&A funnel for acquiring property management companies. The role combines high-volume outbound calling and email outreach, building a proprietary pipeline, maintaining seller relationships, traveling to meet owners and attend industry events, and supporting qualified targets through LOI and diligence. It reports to the Head of Acquisitions, offers a $140,000–$175,000 annual base plus performance bonus and equity, and requires 2–4 years of experience in private equity, corporate development, or transaction advisory.
