Origin Investments is hiring an Acquisitions Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina, to evaluate and execute real estate investments across its funds and strategies. The role covers underwriting, financial modeling, market research, due diligence, financing and transaction analysis, investment committee materials, closing coordination, and transition to investment and asset management teams. The associate will also collaborate with data science teams on machine learning and AI-driven analytical processes. The position requires working in the office four days per week with one remote day and requires at least one year of full-time real estate experience.
