Description
The ACR Helper/Automatic Plugger Machine Operator operates and monitors the Automatic Plugger Machine in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration department at Mueller Copper Tube Company, Inc. The role involves loading copper tubing bundles with an overhead crane, inserting nitrogen and plastic plugs, monitoring machine and printer operation, removing defective tubes and plugs, arranging finished product, lubricating the machine, and documenting production. The position requires unilaterally lifting up to 25 pounds and reaching overhead 10–20 times per shift.
