Resources for Human Development is hiring a full-time ACT Team Lead for its Louisiana Metro ACT Team. The role provides clinical and operational leadership for an Assertive Community Treatment program serving adults with serious and persistent mental illness, including treatment planning, caseload management, multidisciplinary team supervision, crisis coverage, regulatory compliance, scheduling, and program coordination. Candidates need a graduate degree in a relevant human services field, current clinical licensure, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership and clinical assessment skills; prior ACT, community mental health, crisis intervention, or supervisory experience is preferred.
