The role combines direct clinical care, treatment planning, community-based services, staff supervision and development, program operations, compliance, scheduling, and fiscal oversight. Candidates must be licensed mental health professionals with graduate-level behavioral health education, at least three years of direct adult care experience, and at least two years of community-based treatment experience.
