Clarvida is hiring a full-time ACT Team Lead in San Diego, California, to provide clinical leadership, operational oversight, and direct supervision of a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment team serving adults aged 16–25 with severe and persistent mental illness. The role includes team meetings, case consultations, treatment planning, crisis response, community-based outreach, clinical documentation, staff development, and coordination with the Clinical Director and multidisciplinary team. Candidates need a master's degree in a relevant clinical field, an active California clinical license, and 1–3 years of adult behavioral health experience; full licensure is preferred. The position pays $40–$42 per hour and includes 401(k), licensure supervision, pet insurance, an EAP, mileage reimbursement, and a cellphone stipend.
