Clarvida is hiring a full-time ACT Vocational Specialist in Columbus, Georgia, to support adults with serious and persistent mental illness in achieving and maintaining employment. The role includes assessing employment barriers, providing job training and coaching, developing Individual Recovery Plans, connecting clients to resources, offering crisis intervention, and providing transportation. The position requires at least one year of vocational rehabilitation training or experience, a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, communication skills, Microsoft Word and Quicken knowledge, a valid Georgia driver's license, and a clean criminal background check. Compensation is $22.22–$24.15 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance options and other benefits.
