The MTA Program is hiring a full-time Action Officer to support the Production Engineering Director and serve as the primary liaison for proposal and industrialization efforts. The role manages business rhythms, status reporting, meetings, cross-functional technical integration, project actions, schedules, budgets, and project issues, while coordinating with project management, planning, project teams, line management, and external stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher, aircraft or aviation operations experience, program or project management experience, leadership experience, technical project management experience, and familiarity with Microsoft applications, Confluence, and JIRA. The position offers a full-time salary range of $104,900 to $194,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
