Description
The Advanced Technologist serves as an advanced technology specialist for an individual technology or set of technologies, working with technology management, senior engineers, and support teams to design, develop, implement, and manage technical solutions. The role includes infrastructure and architectural review, documentation, standards, analysis, testing, vendor coordination, business-requirement elicitation, mentoring, risk and regulatory compliance, and internal-control activities. It requires a combined minimum of six years of higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management, or architecture, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and at least six years of professional technical engineering experience preferred.
