The role involves inbound client interactions, education, personalized solutions, relationship building, and guidance on trading tools and investment products. It requires Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, a Series 4 license is preferred, and experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, or client services. The position is part of Fidelity’s Client Services Brokerage organization and follows a phased transition toward onsite work.
