Ohana Pacific Health is hiring Activities Assistants to plan, coordinate, and provide activity programs and services for its Kupuna residents. The role involves observing and documenting resident responses, recommending program revisions, assisting residents with adaptive devices and independent activity, and participating in community planning. Casual as-needed shifts are available, including weekends and holidays, with a high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, and current TB clearance and health review required; one year of long-term care or elderly-care experience is preferred.
