Spring Oak is hiring an Activities Aide to support daily engagement and enrichment for residents in a senior living community. The role involves planning and executing social, recreational, spiritual, intergenerational, and entertainment activities; maintaining the activities calendar; encouraging resident participation; celebrating milestones; setting up activity spaces; organizing supplies; and documenting participation. The position requires experience in senior living, recreation, or activities, along with strong communication, organization, patience, and the ability to engage older adults. It is scheduled for weekends only or every other weekend and offers a competitive salary, benefits, 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
