Spring Arbor Senior Living of Fredericksburg is hiring a full-time Activities & Wellness Assistant to develop and lead wellness, recreation, education, and spiritual-growth programs for Assisted Living residents. The role includes planning group and one-on-one activities, tracking participation, decorating for holidays and special events, creating activity calendars and newsletters, and safely transporting residents. Applicants must be available every other weekend, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and flexibility for weekend and evening events; 1–2 years of related experience and Microsoft Office proficiency are preferred. The starting wage is $18.00 per hour or higher based on experience.
