Description
The PACE Personal Care Aide provides personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to participants in a PACE center, including toileting, nutrition, activity support, communication with residents and families, documentation, and reporting changes to nursing staff. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of experience with frail and elderly individuals, HHA certification, current CPR certification, and C.N.A. certification is preferred.
