Cornerstone Assisted Living is hiring a full-time Activities Assistant for its Cassia community in Plymouth, Minnesota. The role supports residents through activity planning, event participation, recreational programs, one-on-one assistance, attendance documentation, and transportation to outings. The position runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional weekend or evening activity work, and pays $15.53 to $18.28 per hour. A valid Minnesota driver's license, DOT physical exam, and age of 21 or older are required; prior senior-care experience is preferred but not required.
