Monarch Communities is hiring a Program Assistant and Van Driver to support residents in Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care communities. The role involves planning and implementing activities, maintaining resident profiles, coordinating social calendars, engaging residents between activities, and driving residents to medical appointments, local events, and shopping trips. The position reports to the Director of Programming, requires a clean driving record and license, and offers Sunday and Monday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. part-time work at $17.00–$19.00 per hour.
