Bupa is hiring a permanent full-time Activities Coordinator for its 127-bed Parklands Care Home in Papanui, Christchurch. The role leads approximately 10 activities staff, plans and develops individualised activity programmes for residents across rest home and hospital levels of care, supports wellbeing and social connection, and coordinates outings and community activities. It requires a NZQA Diversional Therapy Certificate or equivalent, at least two years of healthcare or aged-care experience, leadership and communication skills, and a clean driver’s licence. The position follows a six-week rotating roster of four day shifts on and two off, from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm.
