Rite of Passage Team is hiring an Activities Coordinator for Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida. The role works within the Student Services Department and is responsible for providing daily recreational and leisure activities that are physically challenging, educational, and constructive for youth aged 12–21. The Activities Coordinator reports to the Clinical Director and must supervise students, maintain a positive and safe environment, and pass required background, drug, physical, TB, and child-abuse-registry checks. A BA/BS degree in therapeutic recreation or equivalent is preferred, and the position pays $40,000 with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, and paid time off benefits.
