Description
The Activity Aide supports the planning, implementation, evaluation, charting, and quality assurance of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs for residents. The role also prepares and cleans activity areas and oversees resident engagement in scheduled and unscheduled activities. Experience in a long-term care Activities Department is preferred, along with patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, enthusiasm, and the ability to work with residents at varying maturity levels. Full-time, part-time, and PRN employment are available.
