Description
The Activity Assistant works under the supervision of the Activity Director to plan, lead, and implement diverse activity programs tailored to residents' needs. This includes organizing one-on-one visits, selecting suitable activities like crafts and intellectual pursuits, balancing group and individual sessions across various floors, and leading evening and weekend events. The assistant records resident participation, collaborates on goal-setting, attends training, assists with scheduling, prepares necessary materials, and coordinates programs to ensure smooth integration with other facilities.
