Heath Village is hiring a Recreational Activities Specialist to assist in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational and therapeutic activities for residents in an assisted-living community. The role involves engaging residents, maintaining safe and clean activity environments, documenting participation and feedback, and coordinating special events and outings with other staff. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; recreational therapy certification, group-activity experience, and experience working with elderly or disabled individuals are preferred. The schedule is every Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., plus 15 additional flexible hours.
