Westerwood is looking for a part-time Activity Assistant to join their team. The role involves leading and assisting residents with various activities, encouraging attendance, providing transportation, distributing calendars, supporting individual care plans, and completing documentation. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds. Experience working with individuals who have dementia or prior experience in an activities program for seniors is preferred.
