Description
The Activity Leader provides social, educational, recreational, and community instruction for clients with disabilities, supports individual goals, assists with personal care, documents progress, transports clients, administers medication or medical procedures as needed, maintains program areas, records attendance, and follows safety procedures. The role is full-time, scheduled 35–40 hours Monday through Friday, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Wisconsin driver's license, and completion of required training within six months, and is based in West Bend, Wisconsin.
