The Wealshire is hiring a part-time Activity Assistant/Life Enrichment Aide at its Bloomington Community in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role supports residents in an assisted living community specializing in memory care by leading group and one-to-one activities, preparing and organizing program materials, caring for bird aviaries, and assisting residents with meals as needed. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent; one or more years of activity-assistant experience and long-term or memory-care experience are preferred. Musical or artistic ability is a plus. The position pays $20–$22 per hour, requires every other weekend and holiday rotation, and offers part-time work.
