Activity Director at of-fairfield

Majestic Care of Fairfield is hiring an Activity Director to design, manage, and evaluate individualized therapeutic activity programs for a diverse nursing-care resident population. The role includes resident assessments, MDS and RAPS completion, care-plan documentation, therapeutic interventions, activity scheduling, resident and family council support, volunteer coordination, budgeting, and supervision of Activity Assistants. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, state certification as an Activity Director, two years of social or recreational programming experience, and management experience.
