Bay Square at Yarmouth is hiring a Programming/Activity Director to coordinate, implement, evaluate, and expand the assisted-living activity program. The role leads programming associates and the community Van Driver, develops resident-centered events, supports independent resident pursuits, produces activity calendars and newsletters, and builds relationships with residents, families, and community organizations. The position follows a Sunday–Thursday schedule, pays $66,000, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of aging and disability issues, program-development experience, and management and leadership experience; senior-care experience and Microsoft Office experience are preferred.
