Alpadia Language Schools, a division of Kaplan International Languages, is seeking an Activity Leader and Language Immersion Specialist for a full-time, seasonal summer job in Germany. The role involves leading immersive language activities and excursions for international students aged 13-17, fostering their social, emotional, and cultural development. Responsibilities include designing and facilitating activities, managing risks, and contributing to daily camp operations such as attendance checks and evening programs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess some German proficiency (B1-B2), fluency in English, and demonstrate high resilience, teamwork, and communication skills.
