Ohana Pacific Health is hiring an Activities Manager to plan, coordinate, and provide group and individual activity programs for its Kupuna residents. The role assesses resident needs and abilities, participates in MDS and RAP Summary completion, and contributes to interdisciplinary and comprehensive care plans. Qualifications include a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist or activities professional credential, or an Occupational Therapy credential, or two years of relevant social or recreational program experience, with one year of long-term care or elderly-care experience preferred.
