Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) is seeking passionate and dedicated part-time Activity Specialists to guide students in after-school activities. These specialists will facilitate weekly lesson plans, activities, and creative projects, focusing on developing students' decision-making, values, communication, and critical thinking skills. The role involves preparing age-appropriate curricula, engaging youth in arts-based learning, coordinating events, and acting as a positive role model.

Promise Academy operates K-12 charter schools within HCZ’s cradle-to-career pathway; the organization says it prepares Harlem’s children for self-sufficiency and lifelong success and supports scholars through college and career. In FY25, HCZ served 20,000+ scholars and adults, and 1,000+ scholars were enrolled in college.
