Description
The Tutor provides individualized instruction and collaborative support to students, creates personalized learning plans, documents progress, maintains attendance and activity records, and models child development practices. The role requires a high school diploma or HSE, 3–5 years of experience in the activity area, group-activity experience, experience working with young people across grade levels, urban-environment experience, communication and computer skills, and U.S. work authorization. Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is preferred, and the pay rate is $20.00–$24.00 per hour.
