Flatbush Development Corporation is hiring an Activity Specialist to design, implement, and facilitate age-appropriate activities for K–8 students in a school-based afterschool program. The role includes participant supervision, safety and behavior management, structured activities across arts, STEM, literacy, recreation, and enrichment, youth development, and program improvement. The position offers up to 15 hours per week at $20–$25 per hour and requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, relevant activity-facilitation experience, youth-development knowledge, communication and classroom-management skills, and CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain it.
