Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) is hiring a part-time Activity Specialist / Coding Specialist to lead after-school programming for youth in New York. The role focuses on creating and facilitating arts- and academic-integrated lesson plans, project-based activities, trips, events, and student development work that supports creativity, leadership, critical thinking, and youth development. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of teaching experience; the position pays $25–$30 per hour and does not provide work visa sponsorship.
