Description
The Activity Specialist designs and facilitates project-based learning experiences in a youth specialization, supports skill-building and engagement, and helps young people present work at end-of-semester showcases. The role involves working with multiple youth groups, managing behavior, coaching participants, supporting program events, preparing materials, and attending professional development. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM and requires a college student or high school graduate, two years of experience working with children or youth in the specialization, supervisory skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to plan, prioritize, and multitask.
