Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is hiring an Activity Therapist to provide therapeutic recreational and activity services for adult, adolescent, or child patients with emotional or substance abuse problems. The role works as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team, developing and implementing activity therapy treatment plans, documenting assessments and group notes, preparing activities, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree (or a master's degree for art therapists), with certification/registration strongly preferred and at least 2 years of healthcare experience; inpatient psychiatric experience is preferred.
